The following rules have been provided to help protect you and our staff:

1. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to consume alcohol with their meal unless they are accompanied by a parent or guardian, or accompanied with a signed, written letter of consent by the parent or guardian.

2. Alcohol will not be sold without the purchase of a sit in meal.

3. Alcohol will not be sold for 'OFF PREMISES' consumption, even if a take out meal is purchased.

4. Any garments or belongings given to staff to leave in the cloakroom area are done so at the owners own risk, Marium Tandoori Cuisine cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or theft of any such items, customers are advised to remove any valuable items prior to cloakroom submission or keep all belongings in their possession at all times.

5. The customer will be held responsible for any accidents caused as a direct result of personal belongings found around the dining area - the management reserves the right to take legal action if the requirement arises.

6. Customers are advised to drink responsibly whilst dining at the restaurant, any drunk or disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in legal action.

7. This restaurant is designated as non-smoking, any smokers must go outside and if caught smoking on the premises, may face a fine of up to £50 and expulsion from the premises on a permanent basis.

8. Menu prices are subject to change without prior notice, the prices stated on the website are provided as a guide, please check in store for current prices.

9. Cheques will not be accepted without a valid banker's card.

The customer will need to email their home address to eat@mariumtandoori.co.uk as soon as they are Mayor and allow up to 28 days for delivery of their Gift Certificate. 12. Your Foursquare check ins will be validated against our own in store check in validation database at the time of claiming. 13. No change will be given if the meal is less that the face value of the gift certificate. 14. Participants must show the vaild Foursquare special screen to any member of staff to qualify.

Twitter Offers Terms & Conditions

Banquet Terms & Conditions
1. Customers must make a complete meal selection, (1x Starter, 1x Main Course, 1x Side Dish, 1x Rice and 1x Bread) to qualify for the banquets discounted price. 2. Multiple banquets can be ordered per table. 3. An extra charge may apply for the purchase of King Prawn dishes. 4. Drinks and Papadums are not included in the Banquet discount scheme. 5. If extra dishes are placed as part of a collective table\customer order, the lowest value dishes will be included as part of the Banquet selection. 6. Customers may not purchase a Banquet meal in conjunction with any other offers or promotions running at the same time.
